I have been biting my nails for all my life im 17 any tips on how to stop?

I always did i tried tape but i just chewed them more so i soaked them in nail polish remover it tastes discusting you'll stop right away

there is a nail polish called no-bite by orly and trust me it works.


it tastes sooooo bad.

i had the same problem as you but to tell you the truth i dont know how i managed to stop. i think that it was because i wanted to stop i guess it was subconciously, also whenever i noticed i was biting them i stoped. i do bite them now but its very rare.
